This layout was one I made for our club Layout Challenge to make a Christmas page/layout using one of more "non-traditional" colors. I'd say the pink fits that category. For the words, I stamped "merry" and "bright" directly onto my layout base. Then I used an Exacto knife to trim around the top portion of each letter. (Very time consuming, by the way!) Then the square cardstock mats were slipped underneath each letter. The star Dimensional Elements are from our November Dazzling Die Cuts promotion. The "&" sign is from the Simple alphabet Dimensional Elements. For the "&" sign, I stamped it in solid Blush color, then used our polka dot stamp from the Spot on Backgrounds set to add Hollyhock dots on top. Very cute! And again, a super simple, clean design. Yet fairly labor-intensive.
